 One of the oldest ranches still currently operating in the Quesnel area, Mufford Valley Ranch dates back to the gold rush during which they supplied produce to Barkerville with their produce. They grow their products without harmful chemical sprays in large gardens outside or in greenhouses.
At the Farmers' Market, you can easily spot Mufford Valley Ranch's booth by the towering barn-like trailer that displays an abundance of produce such as carrots, cabbage, potatoes, zucchini, lettuce, onions, broccoli, and more! They also sell honey from the farm as well, in many sizes of containers.
Mufford Valley Ranch is known for their large selection of pumpkins in the month of October. They are booking for school or group tours to view the farm and pick the perfect pumpkin!
The ranch is located slightly north of Quesnel, 3kms down Quesnel/Hixon Rd on the left. Customers are welcome to head down to the farm on Fridays from 10am - 6pm. Call ahead for large orders, they will be very happy to arrange a time for pickup.
